The Kensington aims to provide high quality residential and social care for Elderly Adults aged 65 and over including those with Dementia. Kensington Care Home is an inviting 35 bedroomed house in Immingham, North East Lincolnshire. We are registered for 35 residential and DEE (Dementia and Elderly) residents.

 

Kensington Care Home provides purpose-built accommodation as a retirement home for elderly people. Our residents receive 24 hour support and care where needed, and help and encouragement to maintain independence as far as possible. Our amazing staff is well trained to provide appropriate care and support for our residents. 

All residents are treated with respect, they are our family too. We have in- house visits from Hairdressers, Lindum podiatry and vision care. At Kensington, you’ll find peace of mind, knowing you have made the right choice. Immingham is a thriving town offering many facilities including shops, pubs,societies, sports and recreational facilities and community centres.

Rooms

All our rooms are comfortable and well equipped and the sitting rooms are spacious and homely to help create a social, community spirit at the care home. All our rooms are on ground level making safety and caring easier.

Food

All food is cooked to high standards, we cater for all dietary requirements.Food hygiene rating - Risk score: Hygienic handling of food is considered to be very good

Garden

The secure, mature garden is fully accessible and contains an orchard and organicvegetable garden, which provides residents with fresh and nutritious produce packedwith flavour and goodness. 

Management

The manager and Deputy are open and transparent and hold an open-door policy.All staff are friendly, approachable, kind and caring.
